Refill heating water
Simply fulfilling: Our heating filling stations
Permanently optimal heating water. Sustainable and safe.
After the heating system has been optimally filled according to SWKI BT 102-01, it is necessary to refill it from time to time, e.g. when the heating has been vented. The perma-trade refill stations ensure that you only refill with standard-compliant water. In addition, the integrated system separator complies with DIN EN 1717 and thus effectively prevents heating water from getting back into the drinking water installation. As experts for heating water treatment, we offer you an optimally matched range of heating filling stations.
- With system separator according to DIN EN 1717 for the protection of drinking water installations
- The pressure is kept constant by the built-in pressure reducer and refilled in a controlled manner when the system pressure drops.
- For permanently optimum heating water quality according to SWKI BT 102-01
- Optional with conductivity control, capacity monitoring, leakage protection and interruption of the water flow
Long-term and safe refilling according to VDI 2035

Safety and highest comfort for first filling and refilling
Safety and highest comfort for first filling and refilling
The standard DIN EN 1717 is fulfilled, which effectively prevents the heating water from contaminating the drinking water. In addition, the necessary protection against leaks is provided.
Refill heating water.
The perma-trade heating filling stations: Sustainable and safe.
In order to protect our drinking water from contamination, according to the European standard DIN EN 1717, the previously used short-term connection of a drinking water pipe to the heating system via a hose connection without system separation is no longer permissible. Instead, BA class system separators or, ideally, a heating filling station are used today.
No matter whether on a large scale or for smaller objects: With heating filling stations from perma-trade you are on the safe side in any case and meet the requirements of VDI 2035 and DIN EN 1717: The set pressure is kept constant via the built-in pressure reducer and when the system pressure drops, demineralised water can be added in a controlled manner. The water is demineralised and slightly alkalised in the permasoft supplied so that the requirements of VDI 2035 are also met.
Heating filling armature.
The filling valve PT-AA demineralises the heating filling water and protects the heating system from limescale deposits and corrosion. The built-in water meter allows the filling water quantity to be read off at any time and the correct time to replace the permasoft demineralisation unit can be set.

Automatic heating filling stations.
We recommend the use of the automatic heating filling station PT-AB 20 or PT-AB 20 S for this purpose: The set pressure can be kept constant via the built-in pressure reducer and fed with demineralised water in accordance with VDI 2035 in a controlled manner when the system pressure drops. The integrated system separator also guarantees compliance with DIN EN 1717.
Intelligent heating filling stations.
Our intelligent heating filling stations PT-IB and PT-IBD are even more comprehensively equipped. They detect the water hardness or conductivity, monitor the capacity of the permasoft demineralisation unit and the refill quantities. The water flow is interrupted when the maximum capacity or a previously defined quantity of water is reached (leakage protection). Integration into building management systems is possible.
