permaLine cleans and demineralizes not only the circulation water. If necessary, its pH value can also be adjusted using PT-PHI stabilisation cartridges. The system is temporarily integrated into the heating circuit via a bypass pipe from the return flow. The circuit water first flows through a fine-pored depth filter and the permasoft demineralisation unit connected to it. This contains a special mixed bed resin to remove all dissolved salts and hardness builders.
permaLine also has its own pump and a solenoid valve that automatically interrupts the flow when the cartridge capacity or target conductivity is reached.

With the innovative permaLine inline system water treatment system, the existing system water can be treated according to the requirements of SWKI BT 102-01 without interrupting operation. Special temperature-resistant permasoft demineralisation units are available for this purpose. This ensures the energy efficiency and long-term functionality of your heating system in a simple and quick way – without draining the existing heating water, flushing the heating system and refilling it again.

A mixture of selected ion exchange resins and a pH stabilizer largely demineralizes the water and simultaneously alkalizes it to pH values between 8.2 and 10 (permasoft ALU between 8.2 and 8.5). As corrosive ions such as chloride and sulphate are also removed, permanent corrosion protection is provided even without inhibitors such as molybdate. At the same time, permasoft significantly reduces the conductivity of the water in contrast to conventional softening. SWKI BT 102-01 is considered to be state of the art and has been included in the warranty conditions.
